*Rates are subject to change on case by case basis. An accurate price quotation will be given upon seeing your home at the consultation.  Some clients have extensive collections or displays like extra full china cabinets, bookcases, excessive artwork, or extra heavy artwork or mirrors.  Sometimes large furniture items like pianos, entertainment centers, armoirs, etc. need to be moved.  These items will be discussed at your consultation and may cost extra due to time or hiring an assistant or a professional mover.  If it doesn’t work with your budget, we can skip these items or the homeowner can move them before the redesign.  Electronics and valuables will need to be moved by the homeowner. Rates are subject to a travel fee if outside of the Tri-Cities area.
